U Visas: Immigration Relief For Survivors Of Serious Crimes
If you are an undocumented immigrant who has been the victim of a serious crime in the U.S., you may be afraid to report it—fearing that contact with law enforcement could lead to deportation. The U Visa is designed to protect and empower victims like you.
